La Quinta Inn By Wyndham San Antonio Lackland, San Antonio

The hotel is conveniently located near living areas, commercial establishments, and right next to Sea World, providing easy access to everything we needed. The rooms, though half remodeled, were kept clean and featured 2 queen beds along with a microwave and fridge. However, there were some stains on the sheets and the tub was not clean. The service did not seem to prioritize customer service, while housekeeping and laundry were average. The dining experience was included in the rate but had few fresh foods with some expired muffins. Overall, it's a mixed experience with great location benefits but some room for improvement in cleanliness and services.

The hotel's location right on the Riverwalk is a standout feature, though it's not very close to the San Antoine Event Center. The rooms were poorly renovated with some electric plugs not working, but they do come equipped with a mini fridge and a microwave. The service, especially in terms of customer care, left much to be desired. However, the hotel is close to downtown, which is convenient for exploring the area.

At the beginning, everything seemed awesome at this hotel. There was enough space to park, and the location was very convenient, especially being close to Lackland. The rooms were provided with a microwave and a fridge, which was a great convenience. On the downside, the meals included a few expired muffins, which was disappointing.
